Treatment

Dental implants – a permanent solution for missing teeth that looks and functions naturally.

  • Navigated implantation with 3D planning.
  • Tooth on implant on the same day.
  • Painless treatment under local anaesthesia.

A dental implant is a permanent and aesthetic solution that replaces a missing or non-functional tooth so that it looks and functions like a natural tooth. It is an ideal choice when losing one or more teeth, when a severely damaged tooth needs to be extracted, or if you want to avoid wearing removable dentures.

Free 3D X-ray and Implant Planning

At The Clinic, we have specialized in implantology for more than 10 years and use modern guided implant placement. Thanks to 3D X-rays, digital scans, and individually manufactured surgical templates, we place the implant in a precisely planned, safe, and functional position. The procedure is quick, painless, without swelling, and the result is indistinguishable from your own tooth. Our implants are resistant to bacteria, have a long lifespan, and can be a solution for life.

Only guided implantation at our clinic (using a surgical template)

A surgical template for dental implant placement is created by combining data from CBCT X-rays and digital scans, which allows the implant to be planned with maximum precision. Before the procedure, we already know the position of the future crown, and we adapt the implant placement accordingly. This procedure minimizes the risk of placing the implant in a suboptimal location and ensures that it does not damage important nerves, blood vessels, or cavities. The result is a safe procedure, ideal aesthetics and function of the tooth, and faster healing.

Who are dental implants suitable for?

Dental implants are permanent, aesthetically and functionally very natural replacements for missing teeth. There is no upper age limit – implants are suitable for both young adults and seniors. When placing implants, we proceed individually and choose a solution that respects the patient's overall health. They are particularly suitable for patients who:

  • Have one or more missing teeth and desire a stable solution that looks and functions like their own tooth.
  • Are looking for a long-term reliable, aesthetically natural replacement without the need to grind down adjacent teeth.
  • Want to preserve the bone structure of the jaw and prevent bone loss in the gap area.
  • Have sufficient quality and volume of jaw bone – if necessary, it can be supplemented with a procedure called augmentation.
  • Value high aesthetics and comfort while chewing and speaking without limitations that come with removable dentures.

Note: In patients with uncontrolled chronic diseases (e.g., severe diabetes (Type I and II) or osteoporosis) or heavy smokers, there is an increased risk of complications. We use the most modern procedures to prevent these complications.

Implant Placement and Tooth Creation in One Visit

At our clinic, after tooth extraction, you can leave immediately with a new tooth and without waiting. Our procedures allow us to place a temporary or final tooth replacement immediately after implant placement. Immediate implant loading is particularly popular with patients who cannot afford to be without a tooth.

This procedure can be used especially for front teeth, such as incisors, canines, premolars, and molars. In case of a larger gap or a completely edentulous jaw, we place 4 or 6 implants in one jaw using the All-on-4 or All-on-6 method and place fixed teeth within one day. The patient leaves home with stable teeth that do not need to be removed.

Our philosophy focuses on the soft tissues around the implant, especially their volume and quality. A firm, healthy, and resistant gum is key. If necessary, we supplement the gums using gum grafts. Healthy gums around the implant significantly extend its lifespan. We do not just place an implant, but create a full-fledged tooth replacement that looks natural, as if it were growing from your own gums.

How we proceed with dental implant placement

  • Phase 1: Diagnosis - In the first phase, detailed diagnostics are always essential, for which we use the most modern 3D technology. We perform CBCT – computed tomography and digital scanning of teeth and gums without the need for conventional impressions. These materials serve for precise planning of the surgical template.

  • Phase 2: Virtual Planning of Implant Placement - Virtual planning is now the standard in modern implantology. In special CAD software, we combine data from X-rays and digital scans, virtually place the implant in the computer, and design the ideal position of the future crown. Subsequently, we manufacture a surgical template using 3D printing from biomedical material. This allows us to place the implant with maximum precision and safety.

  • Phase 3: Implant Placement - Implantation takes place under local anesthesia and is completely painless. Gentle handling of tissues is key to rapid healing. In most cases, the patient experiences no significant pain or swelling and can function normally the next day.

  • Phase 4: Placement of Crown on Implant - After successful healing of the implant, which usually takes 3 to 6 months, it is time for the final replacement. Most often it is a screw-retained crown or bridge made of high-quality zirconium, which is an ideal material for long-term gum health and natural aesthetics.

Want to accelerate healing and reduce the risk of complications?

Have a PRF membrane made from your own blood applied around the implant. PRF is fibrin rich in blood platelets, which supports healing, tissue formation, and bone and gum regeneration. It helps increase implant success, accelerate healing, and reduce the risk of complications. It is a natural biological material from your own body that significantly supports the entire healing process.
