II. Processing Purposes

Personal data is processed for the purpose of: providing healthcare services, billing covered and uncovered services, communicating health status information, scheduling patients, and maintaining financial records under tax and accounting laws.

III. Legal Basis

Processing relies on statutory obligations (Healthcare Services Act 372/2011, Public Health Insurance Act 48/1997, Accounting Act 563/1991, Income Tax Act 586/1992) and healthcare service contracts.

IV. Data Recipients

Healthcare service providers, public authorities and persons authorised under §31, 32, 33 and §65 of Act 372/2011 may access personal data.

If consent for analytical cookies is granted, website traffic data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Medical records and patient personal data are not transferred abroad.

V. Data Retention

Medical records are retained pursuant to Regulation 98/2012. Other personal data are maintained during the patient relationship plus one year thereafter.

VI. Data Subject Rights

Patients may request access to data, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure (except medical records), data portability, and may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

VII. Right to Object

Where processing serves legitimate interests, patients may object; the clinic may continue only with compelling countervailing justifications.

VIII. Mandatory Processing

Healthcare service provision legally requires the submission of personal data. Refusal may prevent treatment and endanger health pursuant to Act 372/2011.

This website uses cookies. We distinguish two types:

Essential cookies

Required for basic site functionality. No consent needed (legal basis: legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytical cookies

Activated only after consent via the cookie banner (legal basis: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Used to measure traffic and improve services via Google Tag Manager (GTM-TZS8R5WW) and Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymised.

Withdrawing consent
