Dental Implants

Immediate implantation: Reduce healing time and the number of visits.
What is immediate implantation?
At The Clinic, we insert dental implants very safely, easily, without swelling and without pain. Navigated implantation using surgical templates is a major trend that has radically increased success rates, accelerated healing and reduced complications. Today, dental implants can replace teeth just like natural ones. Without you even feeling that the tooth is not your own. Does food get stuck around your implant or do your gums bleed easily? With our procedures, an implant is not a substitute for a tooth, but a copy of a natural tooth that will last a lifetime.
Tooth replacement
Our team of specialists focuses on the quality of the gums around the implant. Above all, we need firm, high-quality, and durable white gums that do not flap and do not bleed after cleaning. We commonly reconstruct the gums around the implant using gum transplants or grafts. Healthy gums around the implant extend its life by more than half. We do not just give the patient an implant, but a full tooth replacement that looks like a natural tooth growing out of the gums.
Type of implant
The type or brand of implant is chosen by the dentist, who decides during the procedure based on the hardness of the bone and the size of the extraction socket after the tooth has been extracted. Dental implants are manufactured in various shapes and from various materials. The most widely used and highest quality material for implants is pure grade 5 titanium. This material is known for its durability and long service life. Titanium is a highly biocompatible material, and allergies to it are extremely rare. Zirconium or ceramic implants are suitable for patients with a documented allergy to MELISA metals. Although they are not technologically on par with the gold standard of titanium, they also provide excellent long-term results.
Advantages for the patient
- Faster treatment – shortening the entire process from 6–15 months to approximately 2.5 months.
- Fewer visits – only 2 sessions instead of up to 10 visits.
- Immediate results – temporary crowns can be fitted immediately after implantation (especially in the front section of the teeth).
- Aesthetics without compromise – no gaps between teeth, preservation of the natural appearance of the gums and bone.
Why does it work?
- The implant utilises the fresh extraction socket, which the body perceives as the presence of a tooth root.
- There is no collapse of the bone or gums, which is common with delayed implants.
- It ensures the ideal contour of the crown and the so-called emergence profile.
Disadvantages of delayed implantation
- Loss of bone and gum volume – a common problem when waiting for healing.
- Aesthetic and functional complications – e.g. sunken crowns or instability.
- The need for reconstructive procedures – often prolonging and increasing the cost of the entire process.
- Does not increase the lifespan of the implant; on the contrary, there is a risk of complications and healing failure.
What we offer
- A gentle procedure using a healing roller in a fresh bed.
- Modern implants without the original connection for greater stability and long service life.
- Experience with reconstructions, even in complicated cases.
- High success rate and natural appearance after just a few days.
