Orthodontics (Braces)

How does treatment with invisible braces work?

The entire process is comfortable, discreet and allows freedom in eating and oral hygiene.

Initial consultation: The first step is a thorough orthodontic examination. The dentist will take X-rays, create photographic documentation and, if necessary, take impressions of your teeth or scan them using modern 3D technology. Based on this information, they will propose an individual treatment plan.

Fitting braces: Once the treatment plan has been approved, the braces are fitted. If you choose Invisalign invisible braces, you will receive a set of transparent aligners, which you will change regularly yourself according to the orthodontist's instructions. These aligners gradually move your teeth into the desired position without the need for wires or brackets.

Regular check-ups: During treatment, it is important to attend regular check-ups, where the orthodontist monitors your progress and adjusts the treatment plan if necessary. With invisible braces, correct wear is monitored and minor adjustments are made if necessary.

Retention: Once the desired result has been achieved, a retention phase follows to help keep the teeth in the correct position. Special retention splints or fixed wires are used to ensure that the teeth do not return to their original position.
