Mrs. Jaroslava came to us with a very challenging situation – extensive inflammation beneath the tooth roots, several failing older restorations, and missing teeth. The overall condition of her dentition caused her pain and affected her self-confidence in everyday life.
Initial Planning
Following the initial examination, X-ray images, and 3D scans of the teeth, we compiled a complete treatment plan including digital smile design. This allowed us to precisely determine the shape, position, and shade of the future teeth even before beginning the procedures, and simultaneously plan where the implants would be placed.
Surgical Phase
Surgical procedures followed – extraction of teeth that could no longer be saved and their replacement with titanium implants. Some teeth were addressed immediately after extraction (immediate implantation), while the rest were treated after controlled tissue healing. The entire process was divided into stages to allow the patient sufficient time for regeneration.
Prosthodontics and Results
We completed the entire treatment with zirconia bridges and crowns manufactured in The Clinic LAB. The combination of surgery, prosthodontics, and aesthetic dentistry provided Mrs. Jaroslava with functional and naturally appearing teeth – a result that, according to her words, looks "like nature made it".
