Dental Implants All on 6

April 22, 2026

The patient came to us with nearly complete tooth loss – the remaining teeth were not salvageable and older crowns had long ceased to function properly. She desired a complete reconstruction, a permanent solution instead of a removable denture, and above all, a new smile.

All on 6 Method

We chose the All on 6 technique – a fixed replacement of the entire dental arch supported by six implants in the jaw. Six implants provide stable anchorage for a bridge with 12 to 14 teeth, evenly distribute chewing force, and preserve bone. Unlike a removable denture, the bridge remains permanently in place and functions like natural teeth – the patient removes nothing and does not worry about adhesives or denture movement.

Surgical and Prosthetic Phase

Following surgical placement of the implants, controlled healing ensued, followed by fabrication of a fixed zirconia restoration. Zirconia ensures long-term resistance to wear and aesthetics – the color and translucency mirror natural tooth structure. The prosthetic work was completed by Erik Dobrovský in The Clinic LAB laboratory.

Result

The patient gained a firm, functional, and naturally appearing set of teeth without the need to remove anything.

"I came in with almost no teeth and left with a beautiful smile like when I was young!"
